Welcome to our special needs consultancy, where our mission is to advocate for the rights and needs of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). With a combined experience of 48 years in education, we bring a wealth of knowledge, passion, and firsthand understanding to every family and school we work with.
As both educators and parents of children with special needs, we understand the challenges and victories from both perspectives. Our personal experiences have fueled our determination to fight for what children deserve—whether we’re working in schools or supporting families.
Jamie has held a variety of roles throughout her career, including School SENCO, Consultant, Deputy Headteacher, and Headteacher, as well as serving as a Trustee on Staffordshire’s Inclusion Support Board (ISB). She is passionate about ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive. Jamie’s commitment to advocating for SEND children runs deep, as both a professional and a parent, ensuring that every decision is centered on what’s best for the child.
Fae has dedicated the last 15 years to serving as a School SENCO and SEND Consultant. She specialises in all areas of SEND, providing expert guidance to schools, families, and children. Fae’s extensive experience has equipped her with the tools to mentor and support those navigating the SEND landscape, empowering families and educators to ensure that no child is left behind.
